I hurt my knee a couple months ago and just could not get it back to 100%. I decided to get some professional help and went to H2.  Haley suggested to try a new treatment called Stemwave. After the first couple of treatments it felt better my constant pain was gone.  Now after 5 treatments it is such a relief to have the mobility back in my knee.

This is an extraordinarily professional group of people. I’m especially impressed with Dr. Bozich’s Knowledge and ability. I’ve been seeing her since I had spine surgery and she has really improved my strength and lowered my pain. I’ve also seen her with problems of falling and surgery for a knee replacement. Today I saw Kristen, a physical therapist. She is exceptional with fixing neck and shoulder issues. I walked out of there felling normal and no pain.

H2 Health & Wellness has been very helpful for me. I initially reached out to them for headache guidance. Their team is fantastic, always willing to listen and make adjustments to help me reach a higher level of comfort. Some methods really assisted with my pain and flexibility, others did not. We continue to work through it together and I am seeing some great progress. Additionally, I see how the staff members treat others and treat each other.
