Allyson’s professional career started as a professional figure skater and aerial artist touring with companies such as Disney on Ice, Royal Caribbean, Dollywood, and Ice Theatre of New York. The rigors of competition and performing exposed her to the benefits of proper strengthening techniques early on in her professional career.

Then after suffering an aerial injury while performing, Allyson was introduced to Pilates and the benefits it can have on injury recovery and prevention. After that she fell in love with everything Pilates is!! This passion is fueled by her love of working with other athletes and individuals to help them strengthen and rehabilitate to a healthier. stronger self. Allyson became certified in Pilates through PH7 pilates, a local Denver studio. She is very excited about building and developing strong Pilates classes to fit everyone’s abilities. Karen Holder

I’ve been working at this practice since 2022. Before that, I lived in California and worked at a Pilaties studio there in Westlake Village. I have 21 years of experience on the reformer and other Pilates apparatuses. I love teaching reformer classes.

I grew up in Minnesota but have lived in Colorado since I was 18. I am married and have 2 boys who both attend Colorado State University. We look forward to going up to Fort Collins to watch our sons on the lacrosse field.
As a Pilates instructor, I enjoy teaching others more efficient movement patterns and I also enjoy challenging my own body to continue to improve in strength and flexibility.
I am an Affiliate Faculty at Regis University for the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program and it brings me pleasure to see the next generation of Physical Therapists growing and learning.
Outside of the clinic and academic settings, I am passionate about studying God’s Word, serving in my church and providing PT care to those in need at Haven of Hope, a homeless shelter in Denver. I also enjoy healthy cooking, skiing in the Colorado mountains, boating on Chatfield Reservoir, but my most favorite activity is spending time with my family and Labrador dogs, Blue and Koda.
I have a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from University of Colorado, Boulder.

Lea-Ann Born McMillan
Pilates & Yoga Instructor
I enjoy traveling and seeing the world. When we can, my family will travel back to the UK to visit our relatives. I have two incredible kids who participate in dance, soccer, and swimming. I enjoy practicing and teaching yoga and Pilates.

Lea-Ann is a yoga and Pilates movement therapist. This has been her work passion for over 20 years. Lea-Ann pursued being a movement therapist after her career as a contemporary ballet artist. Learning to heal from her own injuries fueled her desire to continue working with the body and assist others in their journey to recovery. Lea-Ann specializes in therapeutic applications of yoga and Pilates methodology. She has a wide range of experience working with orthopedic and alignment dysfunctions throughout the entire body. Lea-Ann has experience working with auto-immune disorders, ambulatory stroke victims and individuals who suffer from chronic pain. In addition to therapeutic applications, Lea-Ann enjoys working with individuals to promote healthier, active lifestyles to achieve their personal goals. Lea-Ann is a 500 E-RYT with Yoga Alliance and received her Pilates certification from PhysicalMind Institute.
Jessica Frazier
Pilates Instructor
Following a 12-level spinal fusion for scoliosis in 2009, Jessica stumbled upon the Pilates reformer as part of her physical therapy and was instantly hooked. It quickly became her favorite workout and a catalyst in her healing process, and she credits Pilates for accelerating her recovery and permitting her full return to an active lifestyle despite permanent movement limitations.

Inspired by her own transformation, she wanted to help others to achieve similar results — a
nd so began her journey toward becoming an instructor
Jessica became certified through Pilates Academy International in 2010, and she later completed a second comprehensive training at The Pilates Collective in 2024 to further expand her skills and offerings. Due to her own personal experience, Jessica has a passion for designing exercises for individuals with injuries or restricted mobility, but she also loves working with people who simply want a challenging workout!
Jessica is a DU alum and lives in Littleton with her husband, two young children, two old dogs, and a flock of chickens. She enjoys snowboarding, hiking and traveling.

Kristen Sorrells
Pilates Instructor
Kristen is originally from upstate NY where she earned her masters in physical therapy from D’Youville College in 2000. After spending time in California she settled in Colorado in 2008, where she now feels truly at home.

Wanting to help others in the same way I was helped, I became a certified Advanced Teacher Trainer in 2012 through The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO, learning from the passed down tutelage of some of Joe Pilates original students.
With over a decade of teaching experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultures, ages, and abilities in studios in Dubai, New York and Denver. I love helping clients achieve their personal health goals and creating customized programs that develop strength, balance, and overall well-being.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling, spending time with my two adult kids and reading a good book. I look forward to getting to know you!
