Our professional Pilates Fitness Program instruction is offered through group classes or one-on-one private sessions. We offer ongoing Pilates Reformer classes from Monday through Saturday. We follow the guidelines as established by Joseph Pilates which promote the strong results that have allowed the Pilates Method to thrive and hold its own against any modern form of strength, flexibility and endurance training. With regular visits, our Pilates fitness approach will help you form a toned body with better endurance, improved posture, and smooth, graceful movement.
