Haley, Chiropractor/Dry Needler/Owner
I’m originally from Montana, but spent the better part of a decade living in different areas of the country for schooling. I’ve loved the experiences of living in different places, but have truly found my happiest place here in Colorado.
When I’m not at my offices working with patients you can find me hanging with my sweet hubby and kiddos (ages 12, 9, and 5). In addition to running them around town for allllll of their activities, we try to squeeze in family time camping, hiking, paddle boarding, and dance party cooking. I love to trail run and mountain bike, and I’m hoping the kids will be taking an interest in those activities soon! My husband and I love to sneak a way for long weekends when we can to explore a place we’ve never been.
I truly have too many interests, and really enjoy learning new things! That means I’m often immersed in a renovation project, refinishing furniture, working on my garden, cooking, or tending to my ever growing collection of house plants! It’s always something 😉

Jess, Massage Therapist
I am so excited to be in Colorado where I feel I have found my people! Any time I get to connect with myself and nature with archery, hiking, or working with plants I am filled with so much gratitude. My family and I love being able to do yoga and take Martial Arts classes together, and we especially love to self-care together.
I grew up in Florida, but no sandy shore beats the beauty of Colorado’s mountains. When something Tookish awoke from within, I made like Bilbo Baggins and went on an adventure! Tolkien’s works have inspired a lot of my life and my approach to healing. I also think Peter Jackson’s movie adaptations of The Lord of the Rings were the greatest gift to fans like me! In fact, my favorite place in Colorado is my candlelit living space, where I can read (or watch) to my hearts content with a backdrop of starlight and ranges.
Jess was licensed in 2016 and is working on year 8 of practicing massage. She is continuously learning and usually takes 4x the amount of continuing education requirements to maintain her license. Jess specializes in creating therapeutic massages with relaxing techniques so clients feel at ease and their bodies can promote healing. She is working towards an energy work certification and studying plant medicine.
Adele, Office Manager
I was born in New York, but grew up in Arvada, and love that I have always called Colorado home. I love serving the community I live in with my work at H2 and helping people find the care they need.
I have 4 grown children, all boys! My husband and I love Downtown Littleton, and enjoy fixing up our 130 year old house here. We have an ever growing stable of animals to care for. We also love to travel and have taken a few grand sailing adventures in the past few years!
I was a professional singer before dedicating my time to house rehab on our homes in Colorado and Florida. We’re always busy with something!
Bri, Administrative Assistant
After living all our lives in beautiful sunny California, my husband and I moved to Colorado almost 5 years ago as newlyweds, and haven’t looked back! Since then, we’ve added a sweet dog to the family (yellow lab) and now have a 2 year old daughter. While our daughter keeps us on our toes, she also helps us enjoy the outdoors (she’d spend all day outside if we let her!). We love going on family walks, exploring Colorado, soaking up all four seasons, and just watching our daughter learn, grow, and be a wild child.
I’ve always loved to read, since I was little, and continue to take full advantage of our local library (even when the library was closed during the lockdown, I just switched to reading on a Kindle, and borrowing e-books!). Each year I make a goal of how many books I want to read — this year is 30, and I’m currently on track. I really enjoy cooking, even if it doesn’t come “natural” to me, so I try to incorporate a couple new recipes each month, and expand my horizons. Another thing I am learning to be good at is gardening – vegetable gardening in particular. This is my 4th year of growing a veggie garden, and I keep learning new things each year, making the next year even better.
LeAnne, Billing & Insurance
I was born and raised in Billings, MT and raised my two daughters there. I was a middle school science teacher and coached high school soccer for many years before ‘retiring’. I recently moved to Littleton and I’m very excited to explore a new state! I’m the proud grandma of three, and the move will allow me to spend more time running around with my grandkids.
I love any adventure involving backpacking, hiking, camping, skiing, or mountain biking. I’ve traveled to Ecuador, Peru, and Tanzania for some amazing hiking adventures and have a few more places on my list!
