Coverage
H2 Health & Wellness bills most major insurance companies. *We are not a Medicaid provider, and cannot bill insurance for you. Please call the office if you have questions about coverage.
If we are BILLING INSURANCE on your behalf please note… You are ultimately responsible for the total cost of services rendered. Payment is due at the time of service. We do our best to estimate your insurance company’s payments for your care ahead of time- but it is not a guarantee of coverage. If your carrier does not cover your care as anticipated, you will be billed for the remainder.
You are responsible for working out any discrepancies in coverage directly with your insurance carrier as they limit our ability to resolve these issues on your behalf. Most insurance companies take 1-3 months to get payments processed and information back to us. It is possible for you to get bills several months after services are rendered depending on your insurance carrier’s response to our submissions for you. We will do our absolute best to get bills or account credits to you as soon as possible, but ask for your patience as much of the process is out of our hands.
HSA/FSA
Please note, we do accept HSA/FSA payments for all services at our offices. You can also use your benefits card for nutritional products purchased through our office. Some companies require a detailed receipt submission, those will be emailed to at your request. We require a non-HSA/FSA credit card on file for ALL patients to be used as a back up payment method, or in the event of late appointment changes/cancellations or no-shows.
Cash Options
Our office provides competitive non-insurance billing prices and discount packages. For your convenience, we accept all credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash.
