Understanding Your Insurance Coverage
At Health & Wellness, we’re dedicated to providing you with exceptional care! We’re proud to be in-network providers for many major insurance companies and Medicare, covering Physical Therapy and Chiropractic services.
While we currently don’t bill insurance for Dry Needling, Massage, or Pilates, we’re more than happy to assist you with a superbill. This document allows you to submit a claim directly to your insurance for potential reimbursement.
When it comes to billing insurance for Physical Therapy or Chiropractic services, it’s important to remember that you are ultimately responsible for the total cost of all services received. Payment is due at the time of your visit. We always strive to provide you with an accurate estimate of your insurance company’s payments beforehand; however, please note that this is not a guarantee of coverage. If your insurance does not cover the anticipated costs, you’ll be responsible for the remaining balance.
If you encounter any discrepancies with your coverage, we encourage you to contact your insurance carrier directly, as they restrict our ability to assist with these issues. Keep in mind that processing times can vary significantly; most insurance companies may take 1-3 months to complete their payment processes. Depending on your provider’s response timeline, you might receive bills a few months after the service. Rest assured that we will do our utmost to get any bills or account credits to you as quickly as possible, and we genuinely appreciate your patience as we navigate this process together.

Cash Pay Options
For those who prefer cash pay options, we offer competitive pricing and attractive discount packages that are designed with your budget in mind. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and HSA/FSA cards, making it easier for you to manage your healthcare expenses.
Using Your HSA/FSA
Great news! We gladly accept HSA/FSA payments for all services here at our office. Typically, these accounts cover treatments well, although it’s a good idea to check with your specific provider regarding their rules and restrictions. If your company requires a detailed receipt for reimbursement, simply let us know, and we’ll email it to you!
Additionally, you can utilize your benefits card to purchase therapeutic equipment and nutritional products available in our office.
To ensure a smooth experience, we ask that all patients keep a non-HSA/FSA credit card on file for backup payment to be used in cases of late appointment changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
