H2 Health and Wellness

Healthcare Providers

Haley Harvey

Chiropractor/Dry Needler/Owner

After six years of enjoying building my cozy chiropractic and dry needling practice at H2 Health & Wellness, I was called to take a big leap… In 2024, I had the opportunity to purchase my favorite physical therapy practice down the street from my office. Colorado Center for Physical Therapy & Motion on Mainstreet served the Littleton community for years, offering patient-focused rehabilitation. We co-treated countless patients over the past several years, and I was a patient there myself. I knew firsthand how unique it was in today’s healthcare scene.

The former owners, Erma and James Pacheco, paid me one of the biggest compliments of my life when they agreed I was the right person to carry the foundation of their work into the next generation. Their support and trust in my vision to create a multidisciplinary clinic have been humbling and fiercely motivating. These days, I split my work days between my favorite hands-on patient care and “business owner” things behind the scenes, from financial reports to equipment maintenance.

When I’m not at my office you can find me hanging with my sweet hubby and kiddos (ages 14, 11, and 6). In addition to running them around town for allllll of their sports, we squeeze in family time camping, hiking, or cheering each other on at sporting events. I truly have too many interests, and the kids are usually along for the ride! I really enjoy learning new things and I’m often the reason we’re immersed in a renovation project, refinishing furniture, working on the garden, cooking, or tending to an ever-growing collection of house plants! It’s always something 😉

I’m originally from Montana but spent the better part of a decade living in different areas of the country for schooling. I’ve loved the experiences of living in different places, but I have truly found my happiest place here in Colorado and love serving the community we live in.

Dr. Haley Harvey, DC, has worked in the health and wellness industry for over sixteen years helping people reach their health goals through chiropractic care, dry needle therapy, nutrition consulting, personal training, weight loss coaching, and group fitness. She currently offers family chiropractic care, dry needle therapy, cupping therapy, and nutrition and consulting.

Dr. Haley holds her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. A Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, California. She holds two additional certifications in dry needle therapy.

Erma Pacheco

Physical Therapist

Erma grew up in Westminster, Colorado, and attended the University of Colorado Boulder before earning her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the CU Health Sciences Center. When deciding on a career in high school, she had three clear requirements: she wanted to make a meaningful living, she did not want to wear nylons, and most importantly, she wanted a career centered around helping people. Physical therapy became the perfect fit.

> Read Erma’s bio

She has always loved sports and movement, and that love continues today. She enjoys paddleboarding, hiking, reading, and spending time with her husband and family. She and her family live in the country, where they feel blessed to watch and photograph wildlife right outside their door. Over the years, they’ve raised chickens, horses, and even pygmy goats—though today, only the chickens remain.

If she could have dinner with anyone, Erma would choose her great-grandmother at a young age. She would love to hear firsthand what it was like to grow up in a cabin with a dirt floor, travel by covered wagon, and face the challenges and dangers of life on the frontier.

Kim Bozich

Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor

Kim grew up in a small town in Minnesota and has spent her career deeply committed to understanding the human body and helping people return to the activities they love. She holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado, as well as both an MSPT and a DPT from Regis University.

> Read Kim’s full bio

Her advanced training includes Polestar Pilates, Pilates Method Alliance National Certification (NCPT), Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, Dry Needling certification, and APTA Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Colorado and has dedicated decades to advanced study, evidence-based practice, and exceptional patient care.

In addition to her clinical work, Kim has served as Affiliate Faculty at Regis University since 2006, teaching in the DPT program and staying closely connected to the latest research, methods, and innovations in patient care. She is committed to continual learning and to providing highly individualized evaluation and treatment for every patient she works with.

With 25 years of physical therapy experience and 24 years as a Pilates instructor, she loves the challenge of uncovering the true source of her patients’ symptoms and crafting the best solutions for each person’s unique needs. Witnessing people regain comfort, function, and joy in their daily lives is the most rewarding part of her work.

Outside the clinic, Kim loves studying God’s Word, practicing Pilates, watercolor painting, gardening, walking her dogs, boating on Chatfield Reservoir, and visiting her sons at Colorado State University.

A fun fact: she loves to cook. And an interesting fact: she is naturally hypermobile in many of her joints—something that helps her relate deeply to many of her patients.

If she could share dinner with anyone, she would choose Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior.

As a child, she dreamed of becoming a doctor, not realizing physical therapy existed until she arrived at college—an unexpected path that ultimately led her to the perfect profession.

Christine Drummond

Physical Therapy Assistant & Massage Therapist

Christine grew up in Fond du Lac and Green Lake, Wisconsin, and has built an impressive and multifaceted career in massage therapy, physical therapy, and advanced neuromuscular education. She earned her Massage Therapy Certificate from Blue Sky Educational Foundation in 1997, followed by extensive continuing certifications: St. John’s Neuromuscular Therapy (1999), Polestar Pilates Studio Series (2002), and Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (2004). She later earned her Physical Therapist Assistant associate degree from Lake Land College in Mattoon, Illinois, in 2010.

With decades of experience, Christine has been a licensed massage therapist since 1997 and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2010. She has also shared her expertise through teaching roles, including Structural and Clinical Kinesiology at the Boulder College of Massage Therapy (2002–2004) and Precision Neuromuscular Therapy for NMT Midwest (2005–2020).

She most enjoys the problem-solving aspect of her work—unraveling dysfunctional movement patterns and helping clients resolve pain. What began as a planned “side job” quickly evolved into a lifelong professional calling as she discovered just how deep and transformative this work could be.

Outside the clinic, Christine loves spending time in nature and enjoys any opportunity to travel, take road trips, hike in the mountains, boat on lakes, or walk along rivers.

A fun detail many people don’t know: before entering the world of therapeutic bodywork, she worked in the printing industry. Toward the end of that career, she worked for Scitex America Corporation, creating teaching materials and traveling around the country to train printing companies as they transitioned from conventional film workflows to digital systems.

If she could have dinner with anyone, living or deceased, she would choose her grandparents, eager to hear more about their lives before she knew them. As a child, she never had a single dream job in mind—she followed opportunities as they came, living fully in each moment and discovering her path along the way.

Lea-Ann Born McMillan

Clinical Pilates Instructor & Pilates Manager

Lea-Ann grew up in Illinois, Iowa, and Colorado—though she considers Colorado home. After her dance career came to an end due to injury, she earned her degree in Sociology and redirected her passion for movement into a new path. She completed her Pilates teacher training through the PhysicalMind Institute and earned yoga teaching certifications from both the Himalayan Institute and Kindness Yoga.

> Read Lea-Ann’s full bio

Over the past 22+ years, Lea-Ann has continued to deepen her expertise through extensive continuing education focused on therapeutic applications of Pilates and yoga. She has spent her career working as a Clinical Pilates Therapist, bringing a compassionate, thoughtful, and anatomy-informed approach to every session.

She loves teaching individuals about their bodies—helping clients better understand their movement patterns, find ease, and reduce pain or discomfort. The most rewarding part of her work is seeing people become more comfortable and confident in their own bodies.

Lea-Ann chose this field because movement has always been central to her life. When her dance career ended, she turned to Pilates and yoga not only for physical healing, but also for emotional and mental restoration. That transformative experience inspired her to help others find the same strength and balance.

In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and kids, working out, and practicing yoga. A fun fact about her: she loves to travel and has visited 13 countries—an adventure she fully intends to continue.

If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose Mikhail Baryshnikov, fascinated by his life story—from defecting from Russia to witnessing today’s global landscape. Walt Disney would be a close second—because who doesn’t love a little Disney magic? As a child, she dreamed of being a ballerina, a passion that shaped her early life and continues to influence her love for movement today.

Lori Majestic

Physical Therapist

Lori grew up in a small town in Wisconsin near Milwaukee and holds a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Over the years, she has continued to expand her expertise through advanced coursework from the Postural Restoration Institute, the Institute of Physical Arts, and the Ehlers-Danlos Society, as well as specialized training in the diagnosis and treatment of scoliosis.

> Read Lori’s full bio

She has been a licensed clinician for 18 years, practicing in both Arizona and Colorado. What she enjoys most about her work is the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life, problem-solve, and help others heal through a conservative, hands-on approach.

Outside of work, Lori is drawn to the water—whether swimming competitively, paddleboarding, or simply being near it. She also enjoys reading, crocheting, cooking, thrift shopping, and spending time with her family. Before having children, she traveled extensively throughout Europe, including a three-week solo trip through Italy.

If she could share a dinner with anyone, she’d choose Malala Yousafzai, whose courage and advocacy for girls’ education she deeply admires. As a child, she dreamed of becoming an architect—a career that reflects her balance of creativity and analytical thinking.

Jess Ortiz

Massage Therapist & Physical Therapy Aide

Jess grew up in Florida and received her massage therapy license from the Steiner Institute, located in the center of Florida’s hospitality hub. Trained in both Western modalities—such as sports massage—and Eastern traditions, including energy healing and Thai massage, she blends these approaches to create a holistic, intuitive experience for her clients. She is also a certified Assisted Thai Yoga practitioner.

> Read Jess’s full bio

With nearly ten years of experience, Jess loves connecting with people and helping them feel better in their bodies. Seeing the positive impact massage can have on someone’s physical and emotional well-being is one of the most rewarding parts of her work.

She originally chose this field because she wanted to help athletes perform at their best, but she stayed because the work has touched her life—and the lives of her clients—on a deeper, more spiritual level.

Outside the treatment room, Jess expresses herself through many creative outlets. She is an artist, a Flamenco dancer, and a pianist, and she also enjoys volleyball and yoga. A fun and unexpected fact: horror is her favorite genre, whether it’s film, television, or video games.

If she could share dinner with anyone, she would choose J.R.R. Tolkien. His ability to craft unforgettable worlds and paint beautifully with words continues to inspire her, and she would love the chance to understand his creative mind. As a child, she dreamed of being a singer or musician—a dream that still influences the artistic spirit she brings to her life and her work.

Nicole Tesson

Physical Therapist

Nicole grew up in University City, Missouri, in St. Louis County, where her family—the Tessons—has lived for nine generations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Mount Holyoke College and earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University.

> Read Nicole’s full bio

In addition to her clinical education, Nicole is a certified Pilates instructor through ITT (Integrated Teacher Training) in the Bay Area, as well as a certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructor. She has extensive experience teaching both group and private sessions, and as a physical therapist, she has worked primarily in outpatient settings and senior living communities. She also completed training as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) through Core Exercise Solutions.

Before earning her DPT, she spent 15 years teaching Pilates and group fitness and has now been practicing as a physical therapist for two years. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with patients, collaborating with colleagues, and using her movement background creatively to enhance patient care.

A lifelong dancer, Nicole has always been passionate about movement and the ways people learn to connect with their bodies. She started dancing at age four and still enjoys dance fitness classes today.

Outside of work, she spends much of her free time outdoors—gardening, hiking, or walking her dog around the neighborhood—or chauffeuring her two sons to their activities. A fun fact about her: she once lived in London for a year studying contemporary dance.

If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose Galileo, curious to hear his perspective on how our understanding of the universe has evolved—and because, as she notes, “I really like the Indigo Girls’ song about him.” As a child, she dreamed of becoming both a librarian and a dancer—two roles that reflect her love of learning and expression.

Kristen Sorrells

Physical Therapist & Pilates Instructor

Kristen grew up in Rochester, New York, and has been practicing physical therapy for 25 years. Her passion for the profession began early: after tearing her ACL at age 13—an injury that went undiagnosed for two years—she experienced firsthand how transformative surgery and physical therapy could be. That challenging period ultimately inspired her to help others return to the activities that bring them joy and meaning.

> Read Kristen’s full bio

What she loves most about her job is helping people feel better so they can fully participate in their lives. She also deeply values getting to know her patients—their stories, their experiences, and the pieces of their lives that make each one unique.

Outside of work, Kristen spends most of her free time with her three kids or enjoying the outdoors. She is an avid reader who loves talking about books and sharing recommendations. Sports fans may recognize her enthusiasm instantly—she is a devoted Buffalo Bills fan who can often be heard cheering (loudly) at the TV. Her youngest child is known to wear headphones during games because “Mom gets too loud.”

If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose her maternal grandmother, who passed away before she was born. She would love the chance to meet her, hear her stories, and connect with the woman who helped shape her family’s history.

As a child, Kristen knew she wanted to work in healthcare and explored various options—occupational therapy (not enough movement), speech therapy (the swallow studies were not a match), and respiratory therapy (too much phlegm). Physical therapy was the perfect fit, blending movement, connection, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.
