H2 Health and Wellness

Admin Staff

Mary Crowther

Front Desk Admin Assistant

Mary grew up in both Durango, Colorado, and Princeton, New Jersey, two places that helped shape her appreciation for community and the outdoors. After the COVID-19 pandemic, she chose not to return to cosmetology. Instead, she shifted back toward her long-standing experience in healthcare administration—ultimately finding that this administrative and customer service role was the perfect fit.

In her current position, she most enjoys interacting with patients and helping support them as they navigate pain and healing. Providing a warm, organized, and compassionate presence at the front desk is something she takes great pride in.

Outside of work, Mary loves spending time outdoors with her family, whether exploring nature, relaxing together, or simply appreciating Colorado’s scenery.

If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose Dolly Parton—someone she finds deeply inspirational not only for her talent, but for her positivity, humor, and generous spirit. As a child, she dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, reflecting her lifelong love for animals and desire to help others.

Julie Pacheco

Front Desk Admin Assistant

I am a Colorado native and have lived here all my life. I’m the mom to two grown children, a daughter and a son, whom have blessed me with five grandchildren and the best son and daughter in-law.

I met my husband 20 years ago. We met, of all places, on the Light rail train as we both commuted to work in Littleton. He has brought to my life his two grown children, also a daughter and a son as well as four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

We live in Broomfield, CO and are the parents to a very spoiled Shih Tzu. I love to travel when I can. I enjoy gardening.

I have worked 24+ years as an office manager/receptionist in the physical therapy/massage/Pilates part of the clinic and now Chiropractic.

I have always loved helping out our patients/clients and getting to know them. It has always been rewarding watching their journey to recovery.

Adele Klein

New Patient Accounts Admin Assistant

Adele grew up in Teaneck, New Jersey, and Arvada, Colorado, moving to Colorado with her family when she was ten years old. Her journey into the administrative and customer service field began unexpectedly when her chiropractor mentioned needing help with administrative tasks—a happy coincidence that turned into a fulfilling career.

In her current role, she enjoys interacting with patients, answering their questions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Whether managing plans of care, handling insurance verifications, organizing patient forms, or creating Google Business posts, she takes pride in supporting the team so providers can focus fully on patient care.

Outside of work, Adele enjoys camping, sailing, and exploring the Downtown Littleton area on foot or by bike, taking advantage of the many nearby recreational trails. A fun fact that surprises many—she spent 20 years as a professional singer before transitioning into administrative work.

If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose Jesus to discuss the state of the world and how to bring about positive change. She would also invite her parents and grandparents to share reflections on their lives, offer parenting advice, and see how their family has grown over the years. As a child, she dreamed of becoming either a veterinarian or a singer—dreams that reflected her compassion for animals and her lifelong love of music.

Bri Wagener

Operations Admin Assistant

After living all our lives in beautiful sunny California, my husband and I moved to Colorado almost 5 years ago as newlyweds, and haven’t looked back! Since then, we’ve added a sweet dog to the family (yellow lab) and now have a 2 year old daughter.

While our daughter keeps us on our toes, she also helps us enjoy the outdoors (she’d spend all day outside if we let her!). We love going on family walks, exploring Colorado, soaking up all four seasons, and just watching our daughter learn, grow, and be a wild child.

I’ve always loved to read, since I was little, and continue to take full advantage of our local library (even when the library was closed during the lockdown, I just switched to reading on a Kindle, and borrowing e-books!). Each year I make a goal of how many books I want to read — this year is 30, and I’m currently on track. I really enjoy cooking, even if it doesn’t come “natural” to me, so I try to incorporate a couple new recipes each month, and expand my horizons.

Another thing I am learning to be good at is gardening – vegetable gardening in particular. This is my 4th year of growing a veggie garden, and I keep learning new things each year, making the next year even better.

LeAnne Stephens

Insurance Billing & Handywoman

Originally from Billings, Montana, Leanne began her career teaching high school chemistry and physics before transitioning into a role billing insurance for patients. Although much of her work takes place behind the scenes, she finds great satisfaction in problem-solving, helping patients, and occasionally putting a face to a name.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family and watching her grandkids pursue their passions. An avid outdoors enthusiast, she enjoys hiking, backpacking, mountain and road biking, and alpine skiing. She’s also a self-proclaimed “average” fly fisher who’s always up for an adventure.

A former high school soccer coach, Leanne even had the unique experience of coaching against her daughter—a memory she still treasures. If she could share a dinner with anyone, she’d choose her mother, for all the unanswered questions only she could answer, and comedian George Carlin, for his irreverent humor. Growing up, she dreamed of becoming an artist, a creative passion she still carries with her today.

Vicki Lebsack

Pilates Admin Assistant

Originally from Wyoming, Vicki spent her career supporting hospice patients and families affected by dementia—work she describes as both humbling and rewarding. Now retired, she enjoys meeting and connecting with people who value health and wellness.

Having a strong sense of purpose continues to guide her in everything she does. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren, as well as her two energetic cats. She’s also an avid hockey fan and always up for trying something new—like skydiving, which she proudly checked off her bucket list on her 40th birthday.

One of her most memorable moments from her career came when a client pointed out a model in the lobby depicting a car accident and a “pedestrian dead,” bringing humor to an otherwise serious day. If she could share a dinner with anyone, she’d choose Walt Disney, whose vision and creativity brought happiness to so many. As a child, she dreamed of working in fashion and creating window displays in New York City—a dream that reflects her creative and artistic side.
