The Advanced Spine & Core Rehabilitation Program is designed to help individuals regain strength and stability in their spine and core muscles through a specialized approach. The primary focus is on activating small muscles and minimizing the overreliance on larger muscles for everyday tasks. This is essential to effectively engage and strengthen the intrinsic muscles that play a crucial role in spinal health.

One of the key components of this program is the use of specialized equipment that operates within a limited range of motion. This feature is vital for targeting the four planes of motion, which helps to isolate specific muscle groups. This ensures that larger muscles do not compensate for weaker ones, allowing for proper movement patterns executed within safe limits. The program successfully retrains segmental movement in the lumbar spine and redistributes the load among all five lumbar vertebrae. Importantly, it enhances the activation of often-overlooked multifidi muscles. The approach not only promotes muscle activation in the correct sequence but also accelerates the recovery process, leading to more effective rehabilitation of core strength and spinal stability.

Our Advanced Spine & Core Rehab program is an excellent choice for a variety of conditions that affect spinal health and overall mobility. It effectively addresses issues such as disc herniations, hypermobility, hypomobility, and sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Individuals dealing with degenerative disc disease, osteopenia, or osteoporosis will also benefit from this program, as will those managing scoliosis, spondylosis, and spondylolisthesis.

Chronic back pain and core weakness can be alleviated through our tailored approach, making it suitable for individuals experiencing sciatica or spinal stenosis. Furthermore, we provide specialized support for nerve impingement and postpartum rehabilitation, including recovery from C-section surgery. Overall, our program is designed to promote healing and enhance core strength, ensuring a comprehensive path to recovery for our clients.

People of various ages and fitness levels have participated in this program, from seniors to ultramarathon runners, all achieving remarkable results. The program is designed to meet individuals at their current fitness level and help them build strength where it is needed most, all while ensuring safety and injury prevention.

The Advanced Spine & Core Rehab program requires consistency, but it is worth every minute. It is scheduled twice a week for 12 weeks, with appointments lasting 45 minutes. Depending on progress, some patients may reduce their sessions to 30 minutes in the latter half of the program. A therapy team member guides patients through a series of exercises using specialized machines. These one-on-one sessions provide an individualized experience, featuring specific cues and support throughout each appointment. Appointments are flexible; they do not have to be at a specific time of day, and patients won’t break a sweat as they do after a gym workout, making it easier to fit into a busy lifestyle. Most people leave feeling empowered, strong, and motivated after each session, enjoying their time during every visit.

In the final weeks of the program, instruction will focus on a customized home exercise plan designed to help patients maintain their progress. Once patients establish the necessary strength through the program, maintaining their progress at home takes only 30 minutes, two to three times a week.

This program has countless success stories, we love using our unique approach to help people finally find the stability and strength they need to get out of pain and prevent injury!
