What she enjoys most about her work is seeing clients feel strong, empowered, and pain-free. Having experienced firsthand the transformative impact of Pilates, she was immediately hooked on the method and knew she wanted to help others feel the same freedom and strength in their own bodies.
In her (rare) free time, Allyson loves hiking and working out—anything that keeps her active and outdoors.
A fun and surprising fact about her: she was a professional figure skater. Movement, artistry, and athleticism have always been central to her life, and that background continues to shape her thoughtful, precise approach to teaching.
If she could have dinner with anyone, her dream guest list would be long, but a few top choices include Lucille Ball, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Charlie Chaplin, Jimmy Carter, and Olympic champion Katia Gordeeva.
As a child, she dreamed of becoming a fashion designer or an Olympic figure skating choreographer—creative paths that reflect the artistic movement foundation she still carries today.

Karen Holder
Pilates Instructor
Karen was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and has spent most of her life deeply connected to movement, fitness, and helping others feel their best. In her early 20s, she moved to Minnetonka, Minnesota, where she became a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) and worked in dentistry for many years. During that time, she also began teaching aerobics at night and on weekends—a passion that eventually grew into a lifelong career.

After 23 years of teaching fitness, she faced significant ankle injuries, including torn tendons and tarsal tunnel, which became a major turning point. While healing, she discovered Pilates and fell in love with its strength, fluidity, and restorative power. Within a year, she completed her Stott Pilates certification for the reformer and all major apparatus, beginning a new professional chapter that allowed her to continue doing what she loved.
Her fitness background spans decades and includes certifications from ACE (aerobics), AFAA (aerobics and personal training), Schwinn (Spinning), and NASM (personal training). She has now been teaching for 23 years, bringing wisdom, energy, and compassion to every class.
Karen loves teaching Pilates because it allows her to help people with their physical challenges and witness their growth—both in strength and confidence. She is especially passionate about creating thoughtful playlists, blending old favorites with new music to set the tone for each class.
In her early 30s, she moved to Thousand Oaks, California, where she married her husband and welcomed a daughter and a son. In 2022, she moved to Littleton to be closer to her daughter and her family.
As a child, she dreamed of becoming a singer and dancer. She studied jazz, tap, and ballet until she was 21, carrying that creative spirit with her into her adult life—and into her teaching style.
If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose her mother, who passed away 24 years ago, and whom she would love to talk with again.

She is committed to continual learning and to providing highly individualized evaluation and treatment for every patient she works with.
With 25 years of physical therapy experience and 24 years as a Pilates instructor, she loves the challenge of uncovering the true source of her patients’ symptoms and crafting the best solutions for each person’s unique needs. Witnessing people regain comfort, function, and joy in their daily lives is the most rewarding part of her work.
Outside the clinic, Kim loves studying God’s Word, practicing Pilates, watercolor painting, gardening, walking her dogs, boating on Chatfield Reservoir, and visiting her sons at Colorado State University.
A fun fact: she loves to cook. And an interesting fact: she is naturally hypermobile in many of her joints—something that helps her relate deeply to many of her patients.
If she could share dinner with anyone, she would choose Jesus Christ, her Lord and Savior.
As a child, she dreamed of becoming a doctor, not realizing physical therapy existed until she arrived at college—an unexpected path that ultimately led her to the perfect profession.

Lea-Ann Born McMillan
Pilates Manager & Pilates Instructor
Lea-Ann grew up in Illinois, Iowa, and Colorado—though she considers Colorado home. After her dance career came to an end due to injury, she earned her degree in Sociology and redirected her passion for movement into a new path. She completed her Pilates teacher training through the PhysicalMind Institute and earned yoga teaching certifications from both the Himalayan Institute and Kindness Yoga.

Over the past 22+ years, Lea-Ann has continued to deepen her expertise through extensive continuing education focused on therapeutic applications of Pilates and yoga. She has spent her career working as a Clinical Pilates Therapist, bringing a compassionate, thoughtful, and anatomy-informed approach to every session.
She loves teaching individuals about their bodies—helping clients better understand their movement patterns, find ease, and reduce pain or discomfort. The most rewarding part of her work is seeing people become more comfortable and confident in their own bodies.
Lea-Ann chose this field because movement has always been central to her life. When her dance career ended, she turned to Pilates and yoga not only for physical healing, but also for emotional and mental restoration. That transformative experience inspired her to help others find the same strength and balance.
In her free time, she enjoys being with her husband and kids, working out, and practicing yoga. A fun fact about her: she loves to travel and has visited 13 countries—an adventure she fully intends to continue.
If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose Mikhail Baryshnikov, fascinated by his life story—from defecting from Russia to witnessing today’s global landscape. Walt Disney would be a close second—because who doesn’t love a little Disney magic? As a child, she dreamed of being a ballerina, a passion that shaped her early life and continues to influence her love for movement today.

Jessica Frazier
Pilates Instructor
Jessica grew up in Castle Rock, Colorado, and earned her journalism degree from the University of Denver. Though her career began in writing and communication, she later shifted toward movement and wellness, becoming certified through Pilates Academy International in 2010 and completing her second comprehensive training at The Pilates Collective in 2024.

She has been teaching Pilates on and off for 14 years. What she loves most is watching clients experience the “magic” of Pilates—greater spinal mobility, lengthened muscles, and a calmer nervous system. Helping people simply feel better is deeply rewarding, and teaching supports her own physical and mental well-being as much as it supports her clients’.
Her path to Pilates began unexpectedly. After undergoing a 12-level spinal fusion for scoliosis—a long and highly invasive surgery—she discovered the reformer as part of her physical therapy with H2’s own Kim Bozich. She was instantly hooked. Pilates played a major role in her rapid and complete recovery and has allowed her to live a mostly pain-free life, returning to activities she loves, such as snowboarding and hiking, despite permanent movement limitations. Inspired by her own transformation, she felt called to help others experience the same kind of healing.
Outside the studio, Jessica spends much of her time with her children, attending their activities and enjoying the fullness of family life. Whenever possible, she and her family are outdoors—spending time with their pets, camping, hiking, or traveling.
A fun fact about her: she remembers everyone’s birthday. Tell her once, and she’ll never forget it.
If she could share dinner with anyone, she would choose Mr. Rogers. She imagines their conversation would be positive, sincere, and soul-nourishing, and she’d love to hear his thoughts on navigating an increasingly complex world—a reminder, she suspects, to return to simple human connection.
As a child, she dreamed of becoming a marine biologist, drawn to the mysteries and beauty of the underwater world.

Kristen Sorrells
Pilates Instructor & Physical Therapist
Kristen grew up in Rochester, New York, and has been practicing physical therapy for 25 years. Her passion for the profession began early: after tearing her ACL at age 13—an injury that went undiagnosed for two years—she experienced firsthand how transformative surgery and physical therapy could be. That challenging period ultimately inspired her to help others return to the activities that bring them joy and meaning.

What she loves most about her job is helping people feel better so they can fully participate in their lives. She also deeply values getting to know her patients—their stories, their experiences, and the pieces of their lives that make each one unique.
Outside of work, Kristen spends most of her free time with her three kids or enjoying the outdoors. She is an avid reader who loves talking about books and sharing recommendations. Sports fans may recognize her enthusiasm instantly—she is a devoted Buffalo Bills fan who can often be heard cheering (loudly) at the TV. Her youngest child is known to wear headphones during games because “Mom gets too loud.”
If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose her maternal grandmother, who passed away before she was born. She would love the chance to meet her, hear her stories, and connect with the woman who helped shape her family’s history.
As a child, Kristen knew she wanted to work in healthcare and explored various options—occupational therapy (not enough movement), speech therapy (the swallow studies were not a match), and respiratory therapy (too much phlegm). Physical therapy was the perfect fit, blending movement, connection, and the ability to make a meaningful impact.

Andi Cooper
Pilates Instructor
Andi grew up all over the world as a classic military kid, moving every two years. Though she has lived in many places, she considers Colorado “home,” having returned on and off for more than 15 years.

She holds a degree in Education and Human Development from UC Denver and spent several years teaching in traditional classroom settings before realizing she wanted a different environment. After exploring other fields, she felt called to return to teaching—this time through movement. Having practiced Pilates since childhood and encouraged by several instructors to pursue certification, she completed her Comprehensive Training through BASI (Body Arts and Science International).
Her background in education, lifelong love of Pilates, and deep curiosity about how the body moves all inform her teaching. As a former athlete who worked through multiple injuries, she understands firsthand how powerful Pilates can be for alignment, strength, and injury prevention.
Andi has practiced Pilates since age 10, first learning from her mother, who would put on mat Pilates videos before school. She officially began teaching in 2024 and loves welcoming new clients into their own Pilates journeys. She enjoys problem-solving, offering individualized modifications, and helping people feel and move better in their bodies. Each class or private session offers a new challenge, and she finds joy in meeting clients where they are and helping them grow stronger, healthier, and more confident.
Outside the studio, she loves all things outdoors—paddleboarding, hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and even cross-country skiing. She is an enthusiastic traveler who has visited more than 15 countries and lived in both Germany and the Czech Republic. Road trips, concerts, hammocks, and adventure all hold a place in her heart.
If she could share dinner with anyone, Andi would choose her husband every time. Talking, laughing, sharing stories from the day, and unwinding together is her favorite part of life.
As a child, she always dreamed of becoming a teacher. Inspired by an exceptional elementary school teacher, she developed a deep love of learning that persisted into adulthood. While she never expected to become a Pilates instructor, she always knew she wanted to teach—and now feels grateful to teach in a way that combines movement, creativity, compassion, and connection.

Outside of work, she spends much of her free time outdoors—gardening, hiking, or walking her dog around the neighborhood—or chauffeuring her two sons to their activities. A fun fact about her: she once lived in London for a year studying contemporary dance.
If she could have dinner with anyone, she would choose Galileo, curious to hear his perspective on how our understanding of the universe has evolved—and because, as she notes, “I really like the Indigo Girls’ song about him.” As a child, she dreamed of becoming both a librarian and a dancer—two roles that reflect her love of learning and expression.

Having a strong sense of purpose continues to guide her in everything she does. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren, as well as her two energetic cats. She’s also an avid hockey fan and always up for trying something new—like skydiving, which she proudly checked off her bucket list on her 40th birthday.
One of her most memorable moments from her career came when a client pointed out a model in the lobby depicting a car accident and a “pedestrian dead,” bringing humor to an otherwise serious day. If she could share a dinner with anyone, she’d choose Walt Disney, whose vision and creativity brought happiness to so many. As a child, she dreamed of working in fashion and creating window displays in New York City—a dream that reflects her creative and artistic side.
