I was raised in the beautiful mountain town of Durango, Colorado where the entire community enjoys the great outdoors as part of their everyday life. I was no exception. I graduated High School at the HUN School in Princeton, New Jersey.

I went to CU Boulder for a time before switching directions and focussing my artistic nature to the world of Cosmetology. I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Denver.
I have lived in the Denver area for 15 years. I have a daughter who will be turning 14 in August of this year, and it is difficult to see where the time has gone! I currently live with my daughter, and my significant other, Adrian in Highlands Ranch. Family is the most important thing in my world. We love to play together! Our favorite time is at the pool, rafting on the river, riding bikes on the many Denver trails, and most importantly, we love to camp and explore the mountains around us.
I absolutely love my work here. I mostly love being able to meet the new faces that come through our door; and I could not have picked a better group of people to work with! I will look forward to meeting our new clients, and helping them with their health needs.

I am a Colorado native and have lived here all my life. I’m the mom to two grown children, a daughter and a son, whom have blessed me with five grandchildren and the best son and daughter in-law.

I met my husband 20 years ago. We met, of all places, on the Light rail train as we both commuted to work in Littleton. He has brought to my life his two grown children, also a daughter and a son as well as four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
We live in Broomfield, CO and are the parents to a very spoiled Shih Tzu. I love to travel when I can. I enjoy gardening.
I have worked 24+ years as an office manager/receptionist in the physical therapy/massage/Pilates part of the clinic and now Chiropractic.
I have always loved helping out our patients/clients and getting to know them. It has always been rewarding watching their journey to recovery.

I was born in New York, but grew up in Arvada, and love that I have always called Colorado home. I love serving the community I live in with my work at H2 and helping people find the care they need.

I have 4 grown children, all boys! My husband and I love Downtown Littleton, and enjoy fixing up our 130 year old house here. We have an ever growing stable of animals to care for. We also love to travel and have taken a few grand sailing adventures in the past few years!
I was a professional singer before dedicating my time to house rehab on our homes in Colorado and Florida. We’re always busy with something!

After living all our lives in beautiful sunny California, my husband and I moved to Colorado almost 5 years ago as newlyweds, and haven’t looked back! Since then, we’ve added a sweet dog to the family (yellow lab) and now have a 2 year old daughter.

While our daughter keeps us on our toes, she also helps us enjoy the outdoors (she’d spend all day outside if we let her!). We love going on family walks, exploring Colorado, soaking up all four seasons, and just watching our daughter learn, grow, and be a wild child.
I’ve always loved to read, since I was little, and continue to take full advantage of our local library (even when the library was closed during the lockdown, I just switched to reading on a Kindle, and borrowing e-books!). Each year I make a goal of how many books I want to read — this year is 30, and I’m currently on track. I really enjoy cooking, even if it doesn’t come “natural” to me, so I try to incorporate a couple new recipes each month, and expand my horizons.
Another thing I am learning to be good at is gardening – vegetable gardening in particular. This is my 4th year of growing a veggie garden, and I keep learning new things each year, making the next year even better.

I was born and raised in Billings, MT and raised my two daughters there. I was a middle school science teacher and coached high school soccer for many years before ‘retiring’. I recently moved to Littleton and I’m very excited to explore a new state!

I’m the proud grandma of three, and the move will allow me to spend more time running around with my grandkids.
I love any adventure involving backpacking, hiking, camping, skiing, or mountain biking. I’ve traveled to Ecuador, Peru, and Tanzania for some amazing hiking adventures and have a few more places on my list!
